The AgMA Energy Pvt. Ltd. joint venture has been established as a registered company in India and records first product sales in the India marketplace.
AlgaEnergy’s wholly owned subsidiary in India, MicroAlgae Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., and Krishi Rasayan’s sister concern, Agrolife Science Corporation, have registered AgMA Energy Pvt. Ltd. (“AgMA Energy”) in India as a 50/50 joint venture. AgMA Energy, with headquarters in Delhi, India, is now poised to bring the best innovation possible to the crop agriculture & aquaculture markets in India and other key countries. Founded on the principle of delivering the benefits of AlgaEnergy’s novel biological products through the services and distribution network of Krishi Rasayan, the joint venture is focused on innovative solutions at the intersection of biological and chemical approaches that address the needs of these important markets.
With the registration of AgMA Energy the joint venture is now able to deliver to farmers that natural biologial solutions designed and created by AlgaEnergy, a Spanish biotechnology company. The products created for these new markets include biostimulants for crop agriculture and animal nutrition products for a variety of sectors including aquaculture. The companies are pleased to announce that the first of these products have been introduced to the crop agriculture markets in India with great reception from retailers and farmers. The AgMA Energy products are natural products created exclusively for agriculture based on the use of plant-derived ingredients -no animal-derived ingredients are used- that deliver biological molecules plants need, and thus crops develop more of their potential yield and quality and produce greater results and benefits for the farmer.
