Statistical trial perfomed with AA Surety® MA with DWR7723 tomato in Tribiano, Italy. Objective was to evaluate the efficacy of Surety® MA on enhancing drought resistance in tomato plants.
Results indicate that tomato treated with AA Surety® MA both before and after water stress symptoms appeared grew more biomass than even the Grower’s Standard without any water stress.
Applying AA Surety® MA before stress and after stress symptoms appeared resulted in 29.3% more root biomass than the Grower’s Standard (with water stress), and 8.7% more root biomass than the Grower’s Standard (without water stress).
Applying AA Surety® MA before and after stress symptoms appeared resulted in 27.2% more shoot/leaf biomass than the Grower’s Standard (with water stress), and 16.2% more shoot/leaf biomass than the Grower’s Standard (without water stress).
